We ship all our bottles fully insured and with tracking numbers where possible using DHL as our preferred carrier.

We aim to dispatch within 3 working days from receipt of payment.

We do not have an option for bottles to be collected.

The transfer of risk for damage, destruction and disappearance with regard to the products is therefore transferred at the time of the effective delivery. At this moment Ormiston Whisky is also released from its delivery obligation.

You may be subject to liquor taxes and customs administration charges. We have no control over these and cannot predict what they will be. The recipient will be in full responsibility for payment of these taxes or charges. Please ask your local Customs office to get more handling information. You are responsible for complying with all legislation in your recipient country. We will not be liable if you break any such law .

If the transport company sends the goods back to Ormiston Whisky because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment.

Packaging material :

Ormiston Whisky acts in an environmentally conscious way, we reuse packaging materials or use compostable packaging chips to keep the environmental impact as low as possible.   We hope our customers also reuse or recycle any packaging material from their purchases.
