Colour: Pale gold.
Nose:
A basket of juicy apricots, a view of the sea. Sultanas emerge alongside the fresh apricots, as well as a hint of dried cranberries. Caramel and marshmallow cherries, tart herbs and a delicate hint of peat linger in the background. This may sound powerful, but it all nestles gently into the sea freshness.
Taste:
Continues the impression from the nose, the tart herbal flavours take over a little, along with dried apricots, dandelion and rocket. Finally, earthy tones, spicy oak and dark chocolate.
Finish:
Hybrid between medium and very long, as dried fruits with sea salt dominate once again at the beginning, then it becomes spicier, more tart and slightly bitter, this impression then lingers for a long time.
