Description

A 20 year old Littlemill whisky. Bottled by Jack Wiebers Whisky World, as part of their Old Train Line series. Distilled in 1990, it was then aged in a bourbon cask number RN10-28 and bottled in 2010. A run of just 272 bottles, this is bottle No.143.

Littlemill distillery was closed in 1994, dismantled in 1997 and destroyed by fire in 2004.

Colour: Gold.

Nose: Rich citrus fruits, a pleasant combination of waxy and grassy notes. with wood influence as well, vanilla, a little butter and a little oak.

Taste: A creamy, rich, fruity and an avalanche of lemons and tangerines and hints of earth and roots. Then more pepper and ginger a little oak and maybe added touches of green bananas.

Finish: Long, round and rich lemony and spicy zestiness.
